1. Purpose

Prepare a single review packet for disposition of residual uncovered Algo2015 branches before formal STR execution for IDE-quality evidence.

This packet supports: - ExecutionPlan Workstream L4 reviewer pass - RA-014 traceability closure in formal evidence

2. Decision Requested

Approve one of the following for residual uncovered branches:

1. Accepted with exception package (current recommended path)
2. Require additional directed vectors before formal run
3. Require code/path retirement before formal run

• Algorithm owner (technical signoff)
• Clinical lead (clinical-risk signoff)
• BionicLoop engineering owner (implementation/evidence owner)
