The OmniBLE project now requires CryptoSwift 1.10.0 exactly. The app-workspace Package.resolved file is tracked and a fail-closed checker verifies the source URL, exact project requirement, resolved version and revision, Git visibility, and tracked-file status.

This controlled source does not modify the immutable freeze tag, archive 826, or their formal evidence. It was used to produce signed archive 843, whose release and installation records are controlled separately.

TDD and Compatibility Finding

The dependency-control regression first failed against the prior ranged requirement and ignored 1.9.0 workspace resolution, then passed after the exact requirement and tracked lockfile were added.

The first CryptoSwift 1.10 OmniBLE test build exposed a test-harness-only Swift 6 compatibility issue: Data.bytes is a RawSpan. Commit 77c26813 applies the already-characterized Data.byteArray bridge in one packet test. No product source, cryptographic operation, expected vector, or assertion meaning changed.

Verification Results

Verification Result
Dependency-control checker Pass
Dependency-control unit tests 6/6 passed
Clean Xcode package resolution Pass; CryptoSwift 1.10.0 at the controlled revision
OmniBLE encryption/session vectors 8/8 passed
BionicLoopCore 471/471 passed
Canonical serial BionicLoopTests 997 executed; 996 passed; 1 intentional IFU reference-table generation helper skip gated by an export directory; 0 failed
Scoped TV-SEC-001 controls 68/68 passed
Simulation merge gate Pass; no high-risk runtime path changed
SwiftFormat 0/358 files require formatting
SwiftLint Existing repository baseline: 168 findings / 27 serious; no finding in the touched test file
Xcode Analyze Pass; pre-existing warnings only
Clean simulator app build Pass; app 1.0 / build 839; not a designated archive
Clean-checkout signed archive Pass; app 1.0 / build 843; CryptoSwift 1.10.0; strict code-sign verification passed

Verification methods:

  • fail-closed dependency-control checker and its unit suite
  • BionicLoopCore package tests
  • canonical serial BionicLoop app tests
  • risk-based simulation merge gate
  • SwiftFormat and SwiftLint quality checks
  • Xcode static analysis

Evidence Classification and Disposition

These controlled Build 843 engineering results support the 2026-09-03 build designation and closure of CYBER-DEV-001. Their submission-package acceptance is recorded under D08 and D09.

Archive 843 is recorded in IDE_Software_Packet/BionicLoop_1_0_843_Tester_Release_Record.md. App Store Connect accepted the archive and its symbols. The archive, dSYMs, export options, and raw distribution logs are retained under the checksum-controlled locator recorded in that release record. Build 843 installation and focused real-Pod use are recorded as supporting evidence. Build 843 is the approved IDE submission build, and CC-DEV is its confirmed participant Scout service environment under D12. Scout remains supportive and does not affect local dosing. The controlled Build 843 Working Hardware Evidence Review is Appendix A10B.
