Pump Signal Loss	Action needed	Pump communication is unavailable.	Keep phone near pod and verify Bluetooth.
No Active Pod	Safety-critical	Current pod is inactive or deactivated.	Start Pod setup and pair a new pod.
Low Reservoir	Action needed	Pod insulin volume is low.	Prepare a replacement pod soon.
Pod Expiring	Action needed	Pod expires in 30 minutes.	Replace the Pod within 30 minutes to avoid missed insulin.
Pod Expired	Safety-critical	Pod is expired.	Replace pod now before grace period ends.
Pump Fault	Safety-critical	Pod reported a fault and delivery may be interrupted.	Replace pod and follow recovery workflow.
Incompatible Pod	Safety-critical	Connected pod is not compatible with this system.	Pair a compatible pod and complete setup again.
Pod Setup Incomplete	Action needed	Pod setup is not complete.	Complete pod setup flow.
Delivery Suspended	Action needed	Insulin delivery is currently suspended.	Open Settings > Exercise and Insulin Delivery to resume insulin delivery when appropriate.

Insulin Still Suspended	Safety-critical	Insulin delivery has remained suspended for at least 15 minutes after the reminder ended.	Tap Resume Insulin now. If delivery does not resume, keep the phone near the Pod and try again.
Pump Time Mismatch	Action needed	Pump time differs from device time.	Review and sync pump time in Pump settings.
CGM Unavailable	Informational	Reliable CGM data is not currently available.	Check sensor status and wait for reliable readings.
Urgent Low Glucose	Safety-critical	Current glucose is below 55 mg/dL.	Confirm participant safety and treat low glucose per protocol.
Algorithm Stepping Interrupted	Action needed	Automated dosing has not run in the last 15 minutes.	Open the app and check the Home screen alerts.
Dosing Paused to Re-Sync	Informational	The app is re-syncing its step count with the algorithm.	No action needed. Dosing resumes automatically within a few minutes.
CGM Failed/Expired	Informational	Sensor is failed or expired.	Replace sensor and restore CGM coverage.
Awaiting First Step	Action needed	Waiting for the first glucose reading to begin automated dosing.	Wait for next valid CGM reading.
Loop Command Blocked	Action needed	Dosing was calculated but can't reach the Pod.	Move the phone closer to the Pod and check Bluetooth.

Dosing Paused	Informational	The dosing calculator is waiting for glucose readings. Dosing resumes automatically when readings return, or sooner if you enter a fingerstick BG.	No action is needed. If this lasts more than 15 minutes, check your sensor.
Dosing Paused - Sensor Data Needed	Safety-critical	Automated dosing has been paused for over 15 minutes waiting for glucose readings. Dosing resumes automatically when sensor readings return, or sooner if you enter a fingerstick BG with the red droplet button.	Check your sensor and its connection. Contact the study team if readings do not return.
Backup Insulin Not Confirmed	Safety-critical	About 0.35 U of backup insulin given during a connection gap could not be confirmed. Contact the study team.	Review Recent Dose Steps and contact the study team if this was unexpected.
Fingerstick BG Due Soon	Action needed	Enter a fingerstick BG in the next 15 minutes to keep automated dosing running. Not needed if sensor readings return first.	Tap the red droplet button and enter the value.
Backup Basal Running	Informational	No glucose readings for over an hour. The pod is delivering its backup basal rate. Dosing resumes automatically when sensor readings return, or sooner if you enter a fingerstick BG.	Enter a fingerstick BG when you can, or wait for the sensor to reconnect.
Fingerstick BG Overdue	Safety-critical	The pod is delivering only its backup basal rate. Dosing resumes automatically when sensor readings return, or sooner if you enter a fingerstick BG with the red droplet button.	Enter a fingerstick BG now, or contact the study team.
