CC-DEV is the Scout service environment compiled into Build 843 through
CC-DEV.xcconfig. Scout is supportive and does not affect local dosing. Build
843 was separately approved for IDE submission on 2026-09-03. A different
service environment requires a new build identity and corresponding delta
assessment. The CC-DEV participant service environment is confirmed under
D12.
The archive was built from a detached clean checkout of the source commit.
The ignored external Algo2015 repository was checked out at controlled commit
b855f871c80e95d6f9226f54b0e60168ff603e36; the primary and safety
XCFrameworks were rebuilt before archiving, and the safety identity check
reported identical primary compilation objects for iOS and iOS Simulator.

Release preparation found that Base.xcconfig and Debug.xcconfig had been
present during verification but ignored by the repository's broad build/
rule. Commit 1455cda7 tracks the unchanged, non-secret files. Their hashes
match the exact-freeze configuration record. This correction changes source
reproducibility, not application behavior or effective build settings.

App Store Connect export applied managed distribution signing using
Apple Distribution: John Costik (P964PFM8CF). The upload options explicitly
enabled symbol upload; the distribution pipeline generated and uploaded the
archive symbol payloads with the application package.

Retained Release Artifacts¶
Controlled storage locator: ReleaseArtifacts/Build-843/ relative to the
repository root. The build-specific directory is intentionally excluded from
Git; ReleaseArtifacts/README.md defines the local retention rule. The large
binary artifacts are not committed to the repository.

The retained archive ZIP is byte-identical to the upload source and contains
the original archive dSYM bundles. The separate dSYM ZIP is a retained access
copy of that archive's dSYMs/ directory. The distribution-log ZIP contains
the complete raw Xcode .xcdistributionlogs bundle for the accepted upload.
All three retained ZIPs passed archive-integrity inspection. Promotion or
backup of this local vault into the sponsor's controlled evidence system remains
a separate disposition; local retention does not make the artifacts
formal evidence.

The focused Pod observation is recorded in the Build 843 Working Hardware Evidence Review. The app retained the active Pod/session, received fresh status, applied normal algorithm-issued commands, accepted pump feedback, and completed same-Pod recovery and suspend/resume operation. The retained working bundle includes an exact-session recovery ZIP and corroborating telemetry. Phone model/iOS, operator signature/date remain absent, so this observation is not represented as a separate formal operator-validation claim.
Evidence Classification¶
This is a controlled engineering release record. Build 843 uses an exactly
tracked dependency resolution and is the approved IDE submission build by
controlled approval dated 2026-09-03. Evidence and residual-risk acceptance
are recorded under D08 and D07.
